Registration and Payment for 2019 Primary Recruitment is Now Open!
Registration and payment will be open until August 10, 2019 at 11:59PM.
Thank you for your interest in Sorority Recruitment at Florida Gulf Coast University. To officially register for 2019 Primary Recruitment, please complete the following online form by 11:59PM on August 10, 2019.
Recruitment registration fee schedule (NON-REFUNDABLE):
Regular (May 22 - Aug. 3): $65
Late Registration (Aug. 4 - 10): $75
Due to having to place final orders by August 11, interested women will NOT be able to register after August 10. No exceptions will be made.
**Note: Bio Bootcamp and WiSTEM dates may overlap with the Primary Recruitment dates and we unfortunately may not be able to make accommodations. Please continue to follow FGCU Panhellenic on social media to stay connected and we hope that you are able to participate in the Primary Recruitment process next year!**
Recruitment registration fees go towards lunch for participants on the first day, as well as the operations of successfully executing the primary recruitment process (supplies, booklets, building costs, ranking software, etc.). Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds once payment is received.
In order to be eligible for recruitment you must complete the "Hazing Prevention: It's Everyone's Responsibility" module at the following link: http://fgcu.prevent.zone/ Please see the instructions below on how to complete this module:
Participants must also complete the Greeking Responsibly online course via Canvas. Participants can enroll themselves here: https://fgcu.instructure.com/enroll/7BFWF9
To complete the online registration form, click on the "Register for Recruitment" link on the left side of the Campus Director page (under the login). Once you click on the "Register for Recruitment" link, you will be asked to enter your email address and create a unique username and password. Please be aware that the password entered needs to be longer than 3 characters and is case sensitive.
Once registration is complete, an email which includes your account login information will be sent to you to confirm your registration. Please save a copy of this email and make note of your Campus Director username and password, so that you can access your account if you must at a later date. This email indicates that your registration was successfully submitted and will be shared with all six of the FGCU Panhellenic sororities for the purpose of 2019 Primary Recruitment.
